The Cybersecurity Engineering product area consists of four key product teams: Prevent & Protect Platforms, Attack Surface Management, Secure Network and Application Access, and Detect & Respond Platforms. We’re at the forefront of delivering secure access solutions with integrated detection and response. Together, these teams drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient operations of global cybersecurity platforms across the Sandvik Group.

About your job

In collaboration with our Solution Architects, you lead and coordinate the technological development of our product, and you design, develop and verify feasible technical solutions that meet our business needs. You take responsibility for running initiatives together with the product team and our suppliers, communicating with stakeholders and end users. In this position, you’re instrumental in shaping the future of our Zero Trust Network Security capabilities – aiming to leverage technology efficiently and develop offerings that enhance security with minimal friction, enabling the business to protect applications, data and users.

Also included in your responsibility:

  • Understand stakeholder needs and requirements and translate them into specifications and functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Suggest new functionality and efficiency improvements.
  • Support operation and delivery as needed.

Where’s the office?

The location for this position is flexible within Sweden and we offer a hybrid work solution. Your team and stakeholders are in both Stockholm and Sandviken. Your presence on these sites is necessary on occasion.

Your profile

We’re looking for a cybersecurity professional with expertise in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and micro segmentation to enhance the security of our IT/OT infrastructure. You have designed and deployed secure access across a hybrid environment and have experience from leading initiatives and projects. Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and SSE technologies is a must. Your knowledge is backed by a relevant education, or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. Certificates such as Fortinet, Zscaler, Cisco and CISSP are meriting. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

Following competencies are nice to have:

  • Remote access solutions (OT remote access solutions).
  • Policy automation (Understanding processes related to compliance and policies).
  • Experience in standards like e.g. GDPR, ISA/IEC 62443 OT Security, PCI-DSS.
