About your job

In this role, you oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce applications, platform lifecycles and maintenance within SMR. You lead and drive the activities of Salesforce Application Architects and the Application Development team in providing effective, scalable and sustainable solutions; to understand their requirements and recommend the best solutions. Developing technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams, and establishing best practices for solution architectures are important parts of your mission.

To ensure seamless integration and optimization of Salesforce applications, you collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Your expertise drives the development of innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and streamline our operations.

Included in your responsibilities:

Providing design recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation plans – translating business requirements into functional solutions.
Close stakeholder collaboration.
Driving tasks necessary for the completion of project deliverables, mini-projects, lifecycle management activities and change requests.
Recommend the selection and integration of data-related tools, frameworks, and applications required to expand our platform capabilities.
Monitor developments within the industry, vendor community, and technology trends to consider in product roadmaps.
Develop technical integration approaches and establish best practices solutions for architecture.

The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden and we offer you a hybrid work solution.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Lead or a similar role, with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and CRM solutions. You’re proficient in Salesforce platform, data systems, integration, and security. A background containing project management is required. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent English skills.

You have great communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
