What you will be doing:

As an HR Professional in our international team, you’ll take on a broad and engaging role that combines HR business partnering, HR reporting, HR operational support, and project responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all HR-related topics for several departments including our global IT organisation.
  • Providing guidance to our HR Specialist on Business Partner responsibilities for globally operating teams at the Munich Head Office, while also supporting recruitment and general HR operations.
  • Managing and continuously improving HR reporting and controlling processes (e.g., FTE tracking, monthly reports, ad hoc requests, HR target setting, CSRD-related data, people analytics).
  • Assisting in compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues across our global regions (LATAM, NOAM, APAC, EMEA).
  • Contributing to international HR projects, either in a supporting or leading role depending on the scope.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in HR, with profound experience in HR reporting and controlling.
  • Solid understanding of German labor law and social security regulations.
  • Experience in cross-functional or international projects is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Structured and proactive working style with strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking paired with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); good command of German is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR systems like Workday is a plus.
