Sandvik Mining is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, service and digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Territory Nordics is responsible for the business area’s sales and service activities in eight Northern Europe countries, including Finland, Baltic countries, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland, with 280 employees.

We are now looking for an HR Business Partner for our sales organization in Finland, including the Baltic countries – a role at the heart of the action where you’ll work closely with both sales leadership and customers, with great opportunities to influence and grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a local role with a global perspective and contribute to our exciting transformation journey toward a more proactive and digitalized HR function. The role is full-time, permanent and located in Nokia, Finland.
About the job
In this role, you will be a strategic and operational partner to our managers, and you will work closely with the sales organization and play a key role in driving change and improvement initiatives. You support managers in both daily and long-term HR matters, with a focus on executing our strategy from a people perspective. Your curiosity and HR expertise help create an attractive workplace with engaged leaders and employees.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, where you’ve worked close to the business and supported both managers and operations in a broad HR role, preferably within a sales-driven environment. You have solid knowledge of labor law and are used to handling various types of HR matters. You have experience in negotiations, managerial support, compensation processes, talent acquisition, and change management. International experience and/or cross-country leadership experience is a plus, and you are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are clear and confident in coaching, supporting, and leading complex issues, while being humble, grounded, and good at building relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you are close to business and contribute to change. By working in a structured and systematic way, you can prioritize, delegate, and naturally build networks. You are driven by creating value together with others in a culture characterized by collaboration and development.
