Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

Your main responsibility as HR Generalist is to provide expert advice, guidance and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing in particular on Rovereto production unit, and ensure quality delivery of HR in scope activities such as:

  • Implementation of global HR processes and initiatives
  • Recruitment and workforce planning, including the handling of recruitment agency contracts
  • Employment contracts definition and general conditions
  • Training, including the handling of development program funded by government and administrative coverage to secure the return of the investments
  • Union relations
  • Change Management
  • Organizational and individual development
  • Handling employee relations and possible employee issues; support the staff with their day-to-day requirements
  • Interfacing with the internal payroll team to provide timely HR inputs for payroll processing
  • Securing all contractual and administrative requirements are timely fulfilled
  • Legal and regulatory advisory including fulfillment of mandatory activities and policies
  • Guaranteeing the correctness of HR processes and HR data in the HRIS Workday
  • HR program advocacy, communicating the business values of HR initiatives
  • Implementing the HR agenda following the company people strategy and securing the respect of company’s core values.

Your profile

We are looking for a passionate HR professional, preferably with university degree.

At least 3 years’ professional experience as HR Generalist in a production environment with unions relations.

He/she has a good attitude in managing stakeholders and involving resources, both from local market perspective and from international perspective. The ability to work effectively within a matrix organization is a key to success in this role.

Understanding of, with different degrees of experience, the core Human Resource Management processes: recruiting, learning & development, compensation and benefits, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, HR policies and regulations.

Good knowledge of Italian labor framework.

Positive attitude toward change: ability to deal with uncertainty in a changing environment.

Able to work autonomously but willing learn to every day from others.

As we interact daily on the global stage, you have good communication skills in English, both in writing and in speaking.

Your main place of work is Rovereto (TN); availability to business trips to other company sites is required.
