About the Opportunity

As a key member of our dynamic and collaborative Human Resources team, this role plays a vital part in driving business success. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning, leveraging a strategic business partnering approach to attract, grow, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising to hiring decisions.
🔹 Develop employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
🔹 Build talent pipelines through networking and industry engagement.
🔹 Support candidates throughout the recruitment process for a seamless experience.
🔹 Coach managers on recruitment best practices.
🔹 Oversee talent development and succession planning.
🔹 Support HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.


About you:

We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for people and collaboration. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strategic thinking. Experienced in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems (Workday as an advantage). Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively and independently. Holds (or is working towards) a tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources.
