About the Role

We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Sandvik Machining Solutions. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across our U.S. operations—from defining hiring needs to sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent. You’ll collaborate closely with HR leaders, local recruiters, and external partners to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring journey.

What You’ll Do

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles ranging from professional to mid-management levels
- Write compelling job ads, post to relevant channels, and proactively source diverse candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, and partner with local HR teams for onboarding.
- Build and nurture a global talent pool and contribute to a culture of sourcing excellence.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to align on best practices and recruitment strategy.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by applying unbiased hiring practices.

What You Bring

- 3+ years working with talent acquisition.
- Proven success in a global business environment and matrix-set up
- Strong communication, project management, and networking skills.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A university degree or equivalent experience.
