About the job
You take full end‑to‑end responsibility for our core financial processes and play a central role in securing financial integrity for our digital business. You work close to operations, owning the division’s financial backbone – from reporting and governance to insights and data quality. The environment is dynamic and cross-functional, giving you visibility into the entire TFS value chain while you drive continuous improvements in financial workflows and data governance.
What you'll do
- Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with IFRS and Sandvik Group policies.
- Own monthly closing, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze performance, highlight deviations, explain drivers, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting in SAP and Power BI.
- Safeguard internal controls, audit compliance, and strong governance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support decision‑making and ensure alignment.
Location and flexibility
The role is based primarily in Sweden (Stockholm preferred), with openness to strong candidates in Germany.
Your profile
You have a solid background in finance or accounting and confidently navigate both financial and business controlling. You’re used to working across multiple systems and feel comfortable translating complex data into insights that influence decisions.
You bring:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
- Several years of experience in business or financial controlling.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Hands-on experience with monthly closing activities, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Solid experience from working in SAP and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills (models, Power Query, structured templates).
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with OneStream or Sandvik systems is a plus.
