Financial Analyst( Assistant/Deputy Manager-Finance)

We are searching for a Financial Analyst( Local Title- Assistant / Deputy Manager Finance) to join our team in Mining - Assembly Center, Hinjewadi Pune.

The role

Interprets an organisational financial data, such as balance sheet, profit and loss account and working capital to evaluate its financial performance. The role is crucial in understanding the company’s finances and helping them make data driven decision.

Areas of responsibility: -

  • Good understanding on Finance, month end processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, Variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analysing historical financial data.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing processes.
  • Support internal and external auditors in conducting audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Evaluating, and managing capital investment proposals to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial insights and provide support for decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules, with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end financial processes, reporting, and compliance within SAP ERP systems.
  • Should have good understanding of labour hour rate calculations.

Your profile

Education / Experience

Qualified CA / CMA with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.

Competencies

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Project).

Good SAP knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, time management and planning skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be detail oriented, and perform well under pressure, if needed
