About your job
In this position, you're responsible for driving financial clarity, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability. You lead and develop the finance function, clean up and optimize existing financial processes, and ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting. You act as a strategic partner to the CEO of Cimatron and to Cimatron leadership team. You also collaborate with finance leaders across the Intelligent Manufacturing division. Your mission is to implement best practices, improve our processes and drive change.
You also:
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify and streamline inefficient financial operations.
- Lead automation and digitalization initiatives within finance.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Provide actionable insights on performance, including EBITA.
- Build forecasting models and conduct scenario planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and oversee audits.
You report to the President of Cimatron and work closely with Cimatron leadership team, CFOs and finance directors across the Intelligent Manufacturing division. The location for this position is Stockholm (Sweden), Ettlingen (Germany), or Bologna (Italy). We apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in tech or manufacturing. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems is needed, while experience with NetSuite is a plus. You understand profitability drivers and have a strong grasp of EBITA, financial reporting, and business performance metrics. Your knowledge is backed by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.
To thrive in this role, you’re analytical and confident in making well-reasoned investment decisions. You're patient, dependable, and able to follow through on commitments. While you show assertiveness, your collaborative attitude is essential, along with your ability to explain complex matters clearly to drive the change effectively. Finally, being open to change and capable of driving improvements is key in this dynamic financial environment.
