Senior Global Business Analyst – Logistics

About your job

In this role, you're responsible for delivering high-impact business reporting, data modelling, and analysis with a strong focus on logistics and operational data. You support strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence by translating complex business needs into actionable insights. You work closely with stakeholders across business units, finance, operations, and IT to ensure our data-driven strategies are aligned with organizational goals.

You develop and maintain dynamic reporting solutions and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across our organization. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, streamline reporting processes and reduce redundancy by promoting automation and standardized practices.

Your role also includes:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting systems, services and analytics.
  • Data modelling & report and dashboard development.
  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting, modelling, processes and tools.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and services.
  • Managing reporting lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, access control and relevance.
  • Providing training and communication on reporting tools and insights.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-regional analysis projects that inform strategic decisions.

The location for this position is flexible within Europe.

Your profile

We're looking for someone with experience in business analysis, reporting, or consulting, with a strong background in logistics and operations. You’re proficient in Microsoft technologies (especially Power BI & Azure based solutions), reporting and warehousing solutions as well as data set modelling. You understand data integration from various sources and have experience developing dashboards and data models in large, multinational environments. You hold a university degree in a relevant field, and certifications in data analytics or visualization are a plus. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a virtual, global work environment. With strong communication skills, you present complex data in a clear and compelling way. You bring a customer-focused mindset, collaborate effectively across teams and are capable of leading projects with minimal supervision. You think critically, solve problems creatively, and are always eager to learn and innovate. Additionally, your ability to influence, train others, and work across time zones makes you a valuable asset to our team.
