Business Controller

JOB PROFILE

As Finance function business partner, providing professional advices and driving decision making within responsible areas.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Controller, you will contribute to achieve the overall operational and financial goals for responsible areas. In order to proactively identify opportunities and threats, working closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization, basing on which, developing and implementing fit-for-purpose actions.

Included but not limited to below tasks:

  • Forcastings: preparing FCST form, offering support to analyze the cost and review/update FC, preparing summary / consolidation of FC, inputting FC into finance system One Stream for serving entities and responsible for area
  • SLA management: SLA contracts to be signed off ,SLA calculation, SLA forecast consolidation and answer related inquires
  • China KPI:preparing summary of financial KPIs for all China entities, identify problems and risky areas.
  • Workflow / process defining: structured way of identifying improvement potential, agreement upon activities and follow-up result
  • Communication and coordination with global / local stakeholders: Regular communicate with local / global stakeholders, tracking and analysis actual A&S cost
  • Cost Management and monthly closing monitoring: Monthly reports & analysis, managing capital expenditures / cost control, and providing proactive ad-hoc analysis, providing recommendations & drive decision making for financial perspective on operational issues
  • Act as people manager with Sandvik core values.
  • Other tasks or projects that needing involvement and support.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience of senior business controlling position in multinational and matrix organization
  • Strong accounting knowledge and skills
  • Understanding KPI impact in business
  • Excellent English skills in written and spoken
  • Strong business acumen with analytical, problem solving skills and mindset
  • High integrity
  • Can work under high pressure, handle certain work load with a flexible working hours
  • Good level of cross-functional communication skills, planning and execution.
  • Self motivated, can handle multi-tasks, prioritizing and meet deadlines
  • Management and leadership skills aligned with Sandvik’s core values
