Reports to: Lead Service Engineer

About the role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional service and support for our range of mineral processing and weighing equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement tasks.
Conduct inspections, testing, problem identification, and root cause analysis.
Support Aftermarkets Technical Support Reps and Customer Service Representatives.
Prepare scopes of work for ongoing customer maintenance.
Promote Sandvik products and services.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment design and process upgrades.
A little about you:
While we offer training and development, we are looking for someone with the following skills to ensure you are set up for success:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, technical reporting, and excellent customer relationship management.
Other: Willingness to travel extensively, work on weekends, and visit sites at short notice. Ability to qualify for mine site induction.
