Your mission
As our Application Specialist at business area Mining and division Rock Tools, you step into a role where customer interaction is at the heart of everything. You analyze customer needs, educate users on our products, and collaborate closely with sales to solve problems, run field tests, and deliver product demos. Understanding our product portfolio and our customers’ needs is an important part of your mission and, by using your curiousness and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you build a high level of competence in all areas connected to our business.
The location for this position is Sandviken, and extensive travel is part of your job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a flexible approach and a service-minded attitude. For you, initiative comes naturally, and you enjoy tackling new challenges in different settings. Your hands-on mindset enables you to dive into the details and take practical action when needed. A genuine technical interest fuels your creativity and attention to detail, and with your strong communication skills, you build lasting relationships across the organization.
A technical degree forms the foundation, and experience in mining, production, or sales is a big plus. Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken, is essential for success in our international environment.
