Field Service Engineer - Terelion Perú

Location: Southern Cuajone

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the technical liaison between Sales, Product Engineering, and customers to evaluate and prioritize product requirements.
Develop and execute test plans for new products, including ordering and selecting appropriate test bits.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Product Manager to benchmark Terelion products against competitors and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare Field Run Reports, Product Development Requests, and maintain performance scorecards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable recommendations to improve product performance.
Stay updated on competitor technologies and communicate advancements to the sales team.
Support the collection and analysis of drilling reports and bit records.
Maintain effective communication with field engineers and customer representatives.
Comply with all company and client safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Metallurgical Technologies.
Must be registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú or commit to obtaining registration within 12 months of hire.
1–3 years of experience in mining operations.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving tests at mining sites.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
