The role
We are currently looking for a results-driven Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement. This role is critical in enhancing, documenting, and auditing end-to-end processes within our service operations, with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost-effectiveness. The role shall support local implementation of global parts and services focus areas and measurements.
Areas of responsibility
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with business and regulatory standards.
Monitor and optimize process equipment performance.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flow diagrams and training materials.
Conduct risk assessments, simulations, and safety evaluations.
Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Enhance, document, and audit end-to-end service processes.
Your profile
5+ years of leadership experience in process engineering, service operations, or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of workshops, component repairs, and machine rebuilds
Experience with LEAN methodologies, Six Sigma, or process optimization
Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
