Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the entire Lead-to-Inquiry process with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Actively participate in the project organization and implementation of a new CRM software solution, taking ownership of defined topics throughout the conception, testing, and rollout phases
  • Manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for the upcoming CRM project, ensuring smooth coordination and communication
  • Drive initiatives to significantly improve customer data quality across systems
  • Coordinate and implement internal controls of customer master data in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements in partnership with IT to enhance efficiency and control
  • Provide training and support for customer master data processes, including the creation of manuals and training materials

During the onboarding period, extensive travel to Tübingen, Germany—or even a temporary stay—will be required to ensure a smooth integration into the team and processes.

Your Profile

Our preferred candidate should have a strong Sales background. If you have a global mindset with a focus on people and can tick a lot of the following boxes, you have the perfect match for the position:

  • An academic business and/ or industrial education. In addition, any work experience in B2B would be of advantage
  • Being a driver and having proven experience in sales and project management
  • A structured and process-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, including KPI development and reporting
  • Open-minded and confident in communication and training roles
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
  • A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support others
  • Solid IT understanding or experience collaborating with IT teams
  • Interest in automation and artificial intelligence
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana, CRM, BW systems, and Excel
