Service Engineer
Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers includingcommissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot, investigate, resolve and develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment's upgrades that will meet customer needs.
Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business.
Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
Requirement:
1.College degree or above.
2.CET-4 certificate.
3.Majored in mechatronics or mechanical engineering with knowledge in electrical engineering, understanding of microcomputer or microcontroller principles.
4. At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
5. Based in Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi, or Liaoning.
