Brand Manager and Creative Lead

About your job

Step into a position where strategic and creative development goes hand in hand. As Brand Manager and Creative Lead, you’re leading the creation of joint value proposition for customers, developing immersive booth experiences for major tradeshows, driving the creative concepts of brand films and creating campaign assets.

Collaboration is key – you’re working closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure every touchpoint is aligned and impactful. You’re also supporting onboarding of new brands and brand governance across Intelligent Manufacturing, coaching the organization in brand-aligned content creation and providing hands-on design support for key presentations and events.

The location for this position is either Stockholm or Sandviken, with hybrid arrangements. If you’re based in Sandviken, you’re in Stockholm at least one day a week. You report directly to the Vice President and Head of Marketing and Communication.

About you

A background in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related field, combined with extensive experience in creative concepts, graphic design and brand management, sets you up for success. You bring strategic thinking, storytelling ability and strong visual design skills. Communicating complex messages in a clear, engaging way comes naturally and you’re comfortable developing, producing and distributing communication material for diverse stakeholders. You’re fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

Adaptability and a willingness to share knowledge help you lead cross-functional initiatives and drive innovation.
