Your mission
In this position, you’re responsible for our strategic business development activities. You performance manage projects of complex scope and are involved in developing new processes to meet project needs. You take responsibility for designing projects to suit financial, operating, legal and regulatory criteria. To foster relationships, you actively participate in and establish project execution plans for Screening Solutions’ strategic initiatives in our global community.
Included in your responsibilities:
- Performance management of the lifecycle of each initiative – covering inception, approval phases, execution, results monitoring and reporting phases.
- Preparation of reporting for communication the broader Screening Solutions organization, Business Area and Group management.
The location for this position is preferably in Svedala, Sweden or Perth, Australia. However, other locations could also be an option.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in engineering or business. You have solid work experience within project portfolio management combined with very strong project skills. You’re used to running complex global projects and are well versed in the MS suite of products. Mature stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role requires working across a broad range of skillsets, nationalities, and seniorities. Previous work within strategy is an advantage, as well as experience from the industrial goods, mining or construction sectors. Acting in a global context calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.
You have strong financial acumen and the ability to understand project financials and ROI. Being a self-starter, you deliver results under ambiguous conditions and can work both independently and in a team. Your strong influencing capabilities and good communication skills are also crucial when making complex concepts understandable to a broader audience and driving engagement!
