The Role
To Supervise Maintenance Management Systems to ensure continuous development and growth of Performance Contract through :
Data integrity
Effective subordinates Supervision
Customer relations
This service is rendered to Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology clients on and off mine site according to Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology and performance contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Generate reports
Keep records of Work-Orders and Maximos
Analyse and plot all available data
Interpret all trends on Equipment reliability
Update manuals
Monitor accuracy and completeness of data input
Address complaints and suggestions
Generate monthly and weekly reports with trends
Generate Planned Maintenance Schedules
Generate outstanding work orders
Profile Required
Grade 12 / N3 / Equivalent Qualification
3 - 5 Years’ experience in computerized maintenance management systems
2 Years Management / Supervisory experience
Experience in data analyses and systems
Internal Controls -Financial Controls
Leadership Principles
Experience in business report writing
Experience in Statistical analysis / Methods (advantageous)
Advanced computer literacy (spreadsheets)
English proficiency
Code 08 licence
Knowledge of Sandvik Databases
