Vice President Sales & Service Development
As a senior leader, this role sits at the heart of how our sales and service organization creates value at scale – translating complex divisional and product ambitions into clear, actionable sales frameworks that fuel growth.
About the job
You lead the Sales and Service Development organization and act as a bridge between Product Offerings organizations and Global Operations, ensuring consistency, transparency, and growth impact. You translate divisional and product strategies into clear, executable global sales frameworks and continuously improve scalable sales models across aftermarket, equipment, digital, and services portfolios, with a strong focus on enabling aftermarket growth.
You report to the President of the Crushing Solutions division and are a member of the Divisional Management Team.
Job responsibilities
- Drive growth in our aftermarket business.
- Define global coverage models, customer segmentation, and go-to-market approaches across regions and channels.
- Establish and own global KPIs for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, availability, and sales performance.
- Drive global governance models for sales execution, including cadence, reviews, and decision forums.
- Ensure global consistency in pricing logic, discount governance, and approval models.
- Champion value-based selling and commercial excellence across geographies and offerings.
- Ensure standardization and discipline in forecasting, opportunity management, and performance tracking.
- Lead sales and service enablement initiatives.
- Define required commercial capabilities and support training, playbooks, and best‑practice sharing.
- Capture and structure market, customer, and competitive insights and feed them into portfolio, roadmap, and offering decisions.
Location
This role is preferably based in Svedala.
Your profile
You bring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to turn complexity into clarity. With extensive experience in global sales strategy, sales excellence, or commercial leadership, you’re comfortable operating at scale in a matrixed, multinational environment. Your background also includes:
- Proven aftermarket sales development in a leading position.
- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales models across equipment, services, digital solutions, and aftermarket.
- Experience designing and scaling global operating models and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to performance management.
- Confidence in stakeholder management and change leadership across cultures and regions.
You’re a confident, collaborative leader with a structured and pragmatic approach. By enabling performance through shared ways of working, tools, and capabilities, you balance long‑term direction with hands‑on execution and communicate with clarity and impact.
