Senior Global Treasury Project Manager

Global Treasury is evolving - and this role plays a key part in that journey. As Senior Global Treasury Project Manager, you help shape modern, efficient Treasury operations while driving initiatives that support Sandvik’s long‑term business strategy.

You lead and deliver high-impact projects across Sandvik. You drive best-practice ways of working—ensuring initiatives are executed in a structured, efficient, and cost-conscious way. The role sits within Group Treasury and acts as a vital link between central functions, divisions, finance organization, and the wider business.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and support different global treasury projects end-to-end.
  • Drive transformation initiatives with a focus on standardization, automation, and efficiency
  • Project Lead for IT changes, implementations and upgrades
  • Coordinate and lead treasury activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including integration workstreams
  • Lead implementations of our global credit card programs.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery through strong governance, risk management, and adherence to relevant policies

Location

This position is based at the World Trade Center in Stockholm, Sweden, and follows an office-first way of working.

Your profile

You bring a strong mix of Treasury expertise and project leadership, combined with the ability to navigate complex, global environments. Your background includes a solid financial foundation and hands-on experience from large, cross-border initiatives.

You bring:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Extensive experience within Treasury, Corporate Finance, or consulting
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global or cross-border projects
  • Strong understanding of treasury in general a long with cash management, liquidity, banking structures, and treasury and payment systems
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

You´re analytical and structured, with the confidence to drive initiatives forward while keeping stakeholders aligned. Navigating complexity comes naturally, and building strong relationships across functions and cultures is a key part of how you create results. You combine strategic with hands-on execution – delivering real, lasting change.
