Product Specialist - Pumpable Resin Kits
The Parts & Services Division as part of Business Area Mining drives the aftermarket business keeping customers’ fleet on track with services, solutions, and parts. We are now recruiting a Product Specialist - Pumpable Resin Kits for Parts & Services.
The position is permanent and based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
About your role
Product Specialist - Pumpable Resin Kits you will support the development of Pumpable Resin Kits into a scalable and commercially successful global business offering.
You contribute to the end-to-end coordination of sales, operations, supply chain, and technical alignment, ensuring consistent execution during the ramp-up phase. You work closely with global stakeholders to support sales processes, improve delivery readiness, and strengthen customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities include supporting sales teams in early customer discussions, contributing to the development of training and sales enablement materials, and helping align technical and commercial requirements. You assist in demand forecasting, coordinate with factories and supply chain to ensure delivery readiness and help track potential risks related to capacity or timelines.
You also contribute to defining standard configurations, spare parts requirements, and service readiness to ensure smooth implementation at customer sites. In addition, you collect and analyze market feedback, customer insights, and competitive information to support future business development and decision-making.
You will work with multiple stakeholders including Sales Areas, Ground Support teams, Supply Chain, Production, Service, and Product Management, gaining broad exposure across the business.
Your background and what we find important
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, and have demonstrated strong performance through your studies, internships, or early career experience.
You are analytically strong, structured in your way of working, and eager to take ownership of tasks and deliver results. You have a strong interest in industrial environments, operations, and global business development.
You communicate clearly and effectively in English and are comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment. You build strong relationships with stakeholders and show a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
We value curiosity, learning agility, and ambition. You are motivated to grow into a global business role and are comfortable managing complexity even with limited experience.
