Global Process Owner – Plan-to-Fulfill, Operations

Your mission

As Global Process Owner for Plan to Fulfill (P2F), you are accountable for the global end-to-end P2F process framework, governance model, and process performance across Operations. You ensure the process is clearly defined, consistently managed, measurable, and compliant across the organization while enabling business strategy, customer promise, and operational excellence.

You act as the steward of the global P2F process architecture, ensuring alignment of process standards, controls, policies, and ways of working across regions and functions. Through effective governance and stakeholder engagement, you drive process consistency, transparency, compliance readiness, and sustainable business performance.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and continuously develop the global Plan to Fulfill process framework, including process architecture, standards, policies, controls, and governance mechanisms.
  • Define, document, and maintain end-to-end process ownership, process boundaries, interfaces, and handovers with adjacent processes such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
  • Establish and lead process governance structures, ensuring effective decision-making, issue resolution, accountability, and alignment across functions and regions.
  • Define, monitor, and govern process performance through KPIs and process management practices, providing transparency and driving performance accountability across the organization.
  • Ensure process documentation, standards, controls, and business rules remain current, aligned, and consistently adopted globally.
  • Act as the custodian of process compliance readiness, ensuring processes are designed and maintained to meet internal control requirements, regulatory obligations, audit expectations, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to assess process risks, identify control gaps, and drive sustainable process maturity improvements.
  • Define and maintain business process requirements and ensure that systems, data, and digital capabilities support the target process design and governance model.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on process standards, policies, and operating principles through participation and leadership in global process governance forums.
  • Drive process harmonization and standardization initiatives while balancing global consistency with legitimate local business requirements.

Location and flexibility

Sandviken office in Sweden (Sandviken or Gimo) or Germany (Schmalkalden).

Your profile

You have extensive experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing planning, or business process management, combined with a strong understanding of end-to-end Plan to Fulfill processes across demand, supply, production, inventory, and distribution planning.

You have a passion for process management and governance and understand how well-designed process frameworks enable both business performance and compliance. You're skilled at influencing stakeholders across organizational boundaries and creating alignment in complex global environments.

You also bring:

  • Proven experience as a Process Owner, Process Manager, Business Process Architect, or similar role within a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), process governance, process frameworks, process architecture, and process performance management.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining process standards, policies, controls, and governance structures across multiple regions or business units.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, risk management, and regulatory governance requirements.
  • Experience governing end-to-end business processes across organizational boundaries and collaborating with senior stakeholders in business and functional leadership teams.
  • Capability to define process requirements and ensure alignment between business processes, data, and enabling technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage process and performance data to support decision-making and process governance.

Knowledge of planning, scheduling, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment performance measures such as OTIF, inventory turns, and lead-time reliability.

You bring a collaborative, structured, and enterprise-minded approach, with the ability to balance strategic objectives, governance requirements, and operational realities. Through strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, you establish alignment, accountability, and process ownership across the organization while ensuring sustainable and compliant ways of working.
