Lifecycle manager Balkans
Job Description:
Manage sales of Crushing and Screening business aftermarket products and services solutions to customers within an assigned geographical territory for Sales Balkans within SEMEC Sales Area (South Europe, Middle East and CIS)
Reporting to the Territory Manager located in Bucharest, with the mission of managing the after-sales manager in accordance with the Sandvik Lifecycle business model. Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers; to anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and AM sales profit.
Responsible for the Crushing and Screening business (SRP) after sales area. Successful candidates will work closely with direct customers and dealership network, supporting the team providing best solutions for customers to achieve the highest quality, product and customer service standards. Preparation, agreement with the person in charge and backline of the budget and its compliance on an annual basis. Execution of Lifecycle strategies in the territory and reports on activities and improvements in Lifecycle. Coordination of all those responsible and ensure compliance with the strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Managing customer service and order desk functions withing geographical area according to local processes and procedures and divisional guidelines; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
Sales activities. Ensure the focus of the entire team for the promotion of the complete offer of both spare parts, consumables and service. Manage to secure service contracts together with the account manager. Lead sales efforts through the sales channel, planning and monitoring. Train and lead the after sales team and dealers within the territory to achieve the sales and performance plans. Perform analysis of the competition, performance, prices, market share, services and identify needs and promote actions. Detection of the needs of our clients, operations and processes. Ensure that all signed contracts and conditions are in line with Sandvik policies. Create customer proposals including EHS, application and technical knowledge to proactively create opportunities for Sandvik.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Crushing and Screening equipment’s is MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be accepted for further steps;
Leadership and relationship building skills, multitasking advance skills mandatory; openminded, multicultural experience
Fluent Romanian, advanced English, other languages as a competitive advantage both written and spoken;
Able to regular international travel when needed
CRM experienced user; Sales Force knowledge nice to have
