Dealer Sales Manager

Are you energized by driving business growth through strong dealer relationships? As our new Dealer Sales Manager, you step into a highly influential role where you shape Rammer’s success across Central Europe and put yourself right at the heart of our dealer network.

About the job

You manage and develop our dealer accounts across Central Europe while continuously finding ways to increase Rammer’s share of wallet. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, supporting dealers in their sales efforts, and identifying new business opportunities across your assigned markets. With extensive travel and a high level of independence, you serve as the link between our factory and our distribution partners.

What you’ll do

  • Drive sales growth and maximize Rammer sales within your region.
  • Build strong dealer relationships and ensure regular follow‑up, planning, and performance reviews.
  • Identify and nominate new distributors to expand market presence.
  • Analyze market potential and monitor competitive landscapes.
  • Support dealers with sales actions, business planning and end‑customer visits.
  • Share insights with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Location and flexibility

This position is flexible within Europe, but you’re preferably based in Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic. The role includes extensive travel - around 50% - meeting dealers and end users to understand their business and support them in driving sales.

Your profile

You have solid experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably within manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or another relevant industrial setting. You understand how dealer networks operate and have a proven ability to analyze market data, identify growth potential, and drive results. Strong communication skills in English are essential, while German and additional Central European languages are a plus. You’re comfortable working independently, planning your travel schedule, and managing a geographically spread dealer base.

You’re a proactive, energetic, and communicative person who enjoys building relationships and motivating others. Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, listen actively, negotiate effectively, and present clearly helps you create strong, long‑term partnerships, and you navigate cultural differences with ease. You work confidently on your own, take initiative, and thrive on turning opportunities into results. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you stay focused on growth, action, and continuous improvement.
