Your mission
This role centers on building and leading the Integration Center of Enablement to maximize impact across domains. Acting as the authority on integration strategy, the position ensures alignment with stakeholders and sets clear expectations. The work combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, creating frameworks and products that make data flow seamlessly.
Expect to:
- Own the cross-domain integration product and platform roadmap
- Oversee all integration initiatives and prioritize based on value vs. effort
- Lead and develop a team of integration engineers, from hiring to growth
- Establish an API- and event-first approach and manage certified integration products throughout their lifecycle
- Drive community engagement among integration users and champions
This role plays a central part in how we deliver data-driven value across the organization.
Location and flexibility
You’re based in Sandviken or Stockholm, with a hybrid setup where you can combine office and remote work. Regular travel between the two sites is required.
Your profile
A strong technical foundation is essential, with proven expertise in integration technologies and cloud infrastructure—ideally Microsoft Azure, AKS, Apache Kafka, Azure API Management, and Event Hub. Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java or Python is expected, along with familiarity with collaboration tools such as DevOps, GitHub, and Backstage. A background as an integration engineer or architect is ideal, combined with several years in technology roles and experience leading teams.
Success in this role comes from a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across domains. Strategic thinking, clear communication, and a passion for enabling others are key. Your leadership style is people-focused – you coach, collaborate, and set clear prioritization to ensure integrations deliver real organizational value. The position calls for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balances big-picture vision with practical execution, and builds trust through transparency and inclusion.
