Enforce alignment across teams by challenging timelines, clarifying ownership, and resolving bottlenecks
Identify patterns, gaps, and inefficiencies, and build scalable processes and systems to improve execution
Ensure visibility and transparency across multiple workstreams
Enable marketing teams to focus on content and campaigns by removing coordination complexity
Your Profile
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or workstreams in parallel
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives to completion
Demonstrated ability to step back, identify patterns, and design scalable systems and processes
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge, follow up, and enforce accountability without formal authority
Highly structured and process-oriented, with a focus on clarity and execution discipline
Ability to identify risks early and proactively resolve or escalate them
Comfortable working in complex environments and bringing structure to ambiguity
