About the job
You’re part of the R&D Data Platform team within IT at Sandvik Coromant. You define and evolve architecture that enables data flow from machines and instruments to cloud-based services and user-friendly applications. - Define architecture, integration strategies and technical standards across the software stack
- Shape cloud-native solutions using Azure services, container platforms, and modern DevOps practices
- Enable integration of machines, instruments, and sensors through APIs and data pipelines
- Guide development teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate future needs into sustainable solutions
Location and flexibility
The position is based in Sandviken and offers a hybrid work setup, allowing remote work a couple of days per week. You spend time close to the workshop environment where many key interactions take place, and occasional travel may occur.
Your profile

You also got:

- Strong full‑stack development skills and experience guiding teams
- Knowledge across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and modern development technologies
- A relevant technical degree
- Strong communication skills in English
