At Rock Processing, we’re now looking for a Regional Sales Manager South China to join us and contribute to our business development. Your mission:

As regional sales manager, you will work towards driving sales and market share growth of crushing and screening in South China. Your primary area of focus will be to lead the Sales team in delivering performance objectives, driving organizational excellence and efficiencies to support business success.


Job Description Summary

Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team in region south of China for crushing and screening divisions to achieve expected sales targets.

The Main Responsibilities are:

  • Lead strategic business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities in South China region.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through proactive account management and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the team to ensure the achievement of performance objectives and financial result
  • Closely monitor the market dynamics and make effective sales plans to safeguard the leading position of Sandvik in the targeted industry segment
  • Build and maintain strong channels in the region through end user, distributor, design institute etc
  • Make active efforts in the team management to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure the compliance of all regulatory terms and conditions, and compliance processes are followed in the business activities

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree on mechanic, engineering etc
  • Sales management and people management experience 10+ years
  • Industrial experience in mining, infrastructure, machinery with project business
  • Strong key account management skills
  • Forward thinking and growth mindset
  • Good communication skills, proficient in English
