What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact, you’ll be the voice of our company—delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your mission? Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process orders & executes customer requirements through CRM (MS Dynamics)
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Follow up to ensure complete resolution
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance targets

What You Bring:

  • Reliability and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and/or German
  • Good command of English
  • A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
