About the Opportunity
In this role, you will take responsibility for the content development, update, and delivery of “end-user” Business Systems training to Sandvik Mining employees for all our Sales Areas worldwide. The training content will cover the usage of our major IT applications used in our Service Operations. The Business Process Training Specialist will have a central focus on working with Key User groups which are working in these Systems and focus on supporting them in accurate use of the systems in context of the Business processes defined. Next to this you interact also continuously with the Service Operations team members and the Divisional Competence Development team.
This role is permanent full-time Monday to Friday and can be based out of our Milton, Perth or Heatherbrae offices.
About You
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
- Strong competency-based training skills
- Experience in creating and managing training programs
- Working knowledge of large ERP or Asset Management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Experience in support business process applications
- Strong customer focus
