We’re looking for someone experienced in managing information security in decentralized or distributed IT environments, ideally with a background as a CISO or senior leader in a large industrial company. You bring deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat management, and incident response—both in centralized and decentralized setups. You know how to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex compliance landscapes, and ensure that operational security is in place. Experience with digital transformation, legal, compliance, and risk management is a strong plus. You’re strong in stakeholder management, as this is a key to showing the value of the work we are doing by using the full organization and securing the right priorities to mitigate enterprise risks.
