Global Supply Chain Analyst

At our business area Rock Processing, we’re looking for a Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our division Stationary Crushing and Screening in Svedala. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our global planning processes and supply chain performance – all while working in a collaborative, diverse, and supportive team.
About your job
In this position, you're responsible for strengthening our global supply chain through smart planning, data analytics, and stakeholder collaboration. By developing data analytics and reporting solutions, you provide insights for decision-making. You maintain planning responsibility for selected product groups, securing global availability, inventory strategies and service levels together with our regions and production units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a system expert for our planning tools to ensure optimal use and driving improvements.
- Supporting and developing processes and flows across the global supply chain.
- Driving and participating in global supply chain improvement projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across purchasing, production, logistics, and planning.
- Collaborating across functions and geographies to align supply chain processes and drive performance.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a background in supply chain planning within a global context, combined with experience from forecasting, logistics or similar roles. You have a strong interest and skillset in data analytics, reporting tools, systems and process improvement. You’re curious about new digital tools and thrive when turning data into insights that drive business improvements. You also bring a structured approach to working in projects and engaging cross-functional teams.
Your background includes:
- Good understanding of planning systems and ERP tools.
- Experience in leading or participating in supply chain improvement projects.
- A degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent knowledge from work experience.
- Experience in Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
