TECNICO ELECTROMECANICO
Maintenance Management
Perform electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical maintenance operations, ensuring equipment continuity and reliability.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including diagnostics, root cause analysis, and documentation of results.
Ensure operational continuity of electrical and electromechanical systems, including panels, lighting systems, feeders, power, control, motors, frequency drives, PLCs, etc.
Planning and Improvement
Analyze, prepare, and plan improvements for machines and equipment (small, medium, and major upgrades when necessary).
Support activity planning and preparation, monitor results, and propose actions to optimize processes.
Contractor Management
Request and coordinate actions performed by contractors, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards.
Compliance with Standards and Regulations
Work in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Ensure compliance with maintenance objectives, quality standards, cleanliness, and order (5S).
Comply with industrial safety requirements and applicable regulations.
Communication and Reporting
Report equipment operational status and any detected deviations in a timely manner.
Prepare detailed daily reports on work performed, times, root causes, and implemented improvements.
Continuous Improvement and Development
Actively participate in projects related to your area of responsibility.
Contribute to improvement plans for installed systems and new installations.
Promote continuous improvement and personal and operational development.
Technical Competence
Maintain and apply specialized knowledge in your technical area.
Provide expert support in critical projects and activities.
Actively participate in the creation of technical documentation when necessary.
Comply with established schedules and maintain availability to attend training sessions, actively participating and demonstrating acquired skills.
Professional Profile
Professional with more than 4 years of experience in industrial electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, as well as residential electrical installations. Specialist in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and implementation of corrective maintenance with high efficiency.
Certifications:
SEC License Class B or D (mutually exclusive as per regulations)
Driver’s License Class B (exclusive)
Certified Welder (desirable)
Technical Skills:
