Maintenance Planner
- Develop a Planned Maintenance (PM) schedule based on OEM recommendations and historical failure data.
- Define the frequency of inspections, lubrication, part replacements, and other maintenance activities.
- Create detailed inspection checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance execution.
- Input and update asset data, maintenance schedules, and history.
- Generate and distribute Work Orders (WO) to relevant personnel.
- Ensure that feedback and job completion results are properly recorded in the system.
- Develop daily and weekly work plans for maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate shutdown or overhaul planning in collaboration with the production team.
- Provide technical documentation and required spare parts list.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for part availability, shelf life, and inventory updates.
- Compile material and equipment requirement lists for scheduled maintenance.
- Compile troubleshooting data as a complement to the maintenance manual for critical machines and components.
- Investigate spare part data to obtain machine part specifications and equivalent parts to ensure they are suitable for use in production machines.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) for key assets.
- Calculate and monitor MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
- Analyze historical breakdowns and downtime, including labor, man-hours, and required machine parts.
- Analyze work backlogs and PM schedule compliance.
- Create KPI reports such as PM Compliance, Breakdown Frequency, MTTR/MTBF, and others related to company asset maintenance needs.
- Develop and archive SOPs, checklists, and inspection forms related to the maintenance of company assets.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Lead, Project Engineer, Production (for maintenance windows), and the CI Team to determine and schedule preventive and project maintenance activities.
- Conduct discussions with relevant parties regarding maintenance issues, including communication with the Sandvik Global team.
