  • Coordinate and monitor community programs, grants, sponsorships, and social investment activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate social impact considerations into business activities and decision-making.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on social performance, ensuring alignment with RAP frameworks, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and relevant reporting standards.

About you

You’re a culturally aware and motivated professional with a genuine interest in Indigenous cultures, protocols, and community priorities across Australia and the Pacific region. With a background in social impact, Indigenous engagement, community development, and stakeholder relations, you are eager to continue learning and developing your knowledge to deliver meaningful community engagement programs.

You thrive working autonomously while also valuing teamwork and collaboration. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to build trust-based relationships and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You have a working knowledge of Indigenous-related policies and practices, and you're comfortable supporting their application in day-to-day activities. With demonstrated organisational skills and a proactive mindset, you’re able to coordinate projects and contribute to meaningful outcomes. A relevant qualification in Indigenous Studies, Social Science, Community Development, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field is a necessity.

Above all, you're passionate about creating positive change through inclusive, respectful, and community-focused engagement.
