Parts & Service Manager
[Products in Charge]
Company-manufactured large construction machinery including mining/tunnel boring machines, concrete spraying machines, transport vehicles, and associated consumable parts.
* Currently, our drilling machines, sprayers, and transport vehicles are widely deployed in Linear (Maglev) Shinkansen and expressway construction projects.
[Customers]
Construction companies, quarry operators, and mining/tunnel excavation contractors throughout Japan.
[Responsibilities]
Manage Technical Support, Service Center, and Area Service teams responsible for post-order machine installation, after-maintenance, and technical support. Oversee and develop outsourced service contractors.
Review warranty claims, determine eligibility for reimbursement, handle related processing, and negotiate directly at customer sites.
Domestic and international business travel required.
[Must-Have Requirements]
- Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)
- 3+ years of service or sales experience in mining, construction machinery, civil engineering, or mechanical equipment
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Ability to communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders

[Preferred Requirements]
- Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational reform initiatives
