Technical Sales Engineer – Istanbul Anatolian Side, Kocaeli, Sakarya & Northern Black Sea Region

Seco Tools Türkiye is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing sales organization. In this role, you will support our customers and distributors operating in various industrial segments across the specified regions, delivering value-added sales through strong technical know-how.

About the Role

In this position, you will act as the commercial representative of Seco Tools in your assigned region, managing and developing customer and distributor accounts. By combining your technical expertise with a consultative sales approach, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to sustainable growth within existing and potential accounts.
You will also play a key role in delivering a high-level customer experience across the region, strengthening Seco Tools’ position as a trusted business partner.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing technical sales and consultancy support to customers and distributors within the assigned region
Managing, developing, and strengthening customer and distributor accounts
Analyzing customer needs and translating them into appropriate technical and commercial solutions
Identifying and closing new business opportunities in both existing and new accounts
Working in close coordination with sales, technical sales, and application engineering teams
Using CRM systems effectively to manage opportunities, customer visits, and sales activities
Planning and prioritizing activities to achieve regional sales targets
Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry developments and sharing insights internally
Contributing to a consistent and high-level customer experience across the region

About You

You have experience in B2B industrial or technical sales
Experience in machining, metal cutting, or manufacturing environments is considered an advantage
You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
You work proactively, in a structured and results-oriented manner
You have experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
You are fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
You are able to travel regularly within the region
You are flexible to participate in short-term domestic and international activities when required
