Location: Either Jandakot (WA), Rockhampton (QLD), Heatherbrae (NSW), Sydney (NSW) or Sunshine (VIC)

Flexibility: Working from Home options in line with our Procedure

Reports to: Vice President Sales Area – Oceania

About the role:

This role leads pricing governance and estimation to ensure accurate, compliant, and margin-optimised outcomes across a range of offerings. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance, it drives commercial discipline, enhances cost transparency, and protects earnings while enabling competitive market responses.

A little about you:

While we offer training and development, we are seeking a commercially driven professional with strong experience in commercial, operational, or business performance roles, ideally within finance management in capital equipment, mining, or industrial environments. You bring a deep understanding of cost structures, margin drivers, and contract pricing models, along with a high level of financial judgement, risk awareness, and attention to detail.

You are a confident problem solver who can navigate complexity and work effectively across functions, with proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders across Sales, Operations, and Finance. Your communication skills enable you to translate complex financial and commercial information into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Ideally, you hold a degree in finance or accounting and demonstrate strong commercial acumen. You are highly analytical, with advanced capability in ERP systems, Business Intelligence tools, and commercial modelling, allowing you to support data-driven decision-making and deliver value to the business.
