Join Our Team as a Business Compliance, Risk, and Governance Officer

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our Finance team as a Business Compliance, Risk, and Governance Officer. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule (3 days a week, or shorter hours across 5 days) so you can balance your personal and professional life while making a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure compliance with key regulations like Trade Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Competition Law, and Data Privacy.
Lead risk management efforts to identify and mitigate risks, aligning with Sandvik’s global standards.
Support internal controls, helping design and monitor systems that ensure we meet compliance standards.
Create and deliver training to build a culture of integrity and compliance.
Support ESG and sustainability compliance efforts to align with our corporate values.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or governance.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Approach: Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with others.
