Working across multiple product lines, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry experts to deliver innovative solutions, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in mining, quarrying, crushing and screening, or heavy industrial equipment who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical challenges and driving business growth in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

  • Experience in a technical support, product support, sales, business development, or customer-facing role.

  • Strong understanding of maintenance practices, equipment performance, and reliability principles.

  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make sound commercial and technical decisions.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and customer recommendations.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Engineering/CAD experience, including basic AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor skills, is desirable.

  • Knowledge of crushing and screening equipment, mining processes, wear solutions, plates, ceramics, and rubber products is advantageous.

  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both local and multicultural environments.

  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
