Warranty Analyzer

At Sandvik Mining, we deliver cutting-edge products and solutions to customers worldwide in the mining and infrastructure sectors. A key part of this innovative business is our Surface Drilling Division, where our intelligent drill rigs bring advanced technology to surface mining and infrastructure applications.

We are now looking for an active and customer service-oriented Warranty Analyzer for a permanent role in Tampere (Myllypuro).

Your role

You will work in the Surface Drilling Equipment Warranty Department, which serves the Sandvik Surface Drilling division's field service organization and customers worldwide. You are responsible for processing, receiving and forwarding warranty returns. Your task includes failure analysis and re-claiming of components to our suppliers. You are also responsible for small-scale component overhaul function ("2nd-hand Inventory") and offering and selling repaired parts to Sandvik's sales companies.

You participate in warranty claim handling and analysis of field and quality feedback. You have an essential influence on the continuous improvement of our products and services. You work in close cooperation with Sandvik's sales companies in different countries, factory warranty handlers, product support, service, engineering, production organization and our suppliers.

What we find important

You have a technical education suitable for the position and/or versatile technical knowledge gained through work experience. Customer service is natural to you, and you are cooperative, self-initiative and analytical in your working methods. Our international operating environment requires you to have fluency English and Finnish language skills.
