About the job
You’re at the center of our supplier enablement initiatives, taking full ownership of onboarding suppliers to our SAP Ariba platform across multiple regions. You plan and execute end-to-end onboarding — from supplier registration and sourcing projects to ensuring smooth collaboration on purchase orders, invoices, and forecasts. Your mission is to create a scalable way of working and align stakeholders with different expectations, while boosting tool adoption both internally and externally.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate supplier enablement activities across global teams and systems
- Define and roll out efficient, standardized processes for onboarding and collaboration
- Engage actively with internal procurement teams, suppliers, and system providers
- Monitor and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Act as a trusted go-to person for all enablement issues and ensure business continuity
This position offers a flexible location, with the expectation of being based close to a Sandvik office.
About you
You’ve strong procurement or supply chain experience and understand B2B relationships. You bring analytical skills and know how to work with data insights, ideally with tools like Power BI. You thrive in environments where technology and process intersect and have experience with SAP Ariba. We see hands-on experience from leading or coordinating projects or large-scale system rollouts as a great plus.
You bring:
- Solid knowledge of supplier onboarding or enablement processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba in a procurement or supply chain context
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder networks and build strong collaborations
- Experience with data analysis and deriving actionable insights
- Familiarity with digital procurement tools and end-to-end sourcing processes
