About the job
You design and deliver engaging technical learning solutions focused on digitalization, supporting business goals and diverse user groups. Work spans both strategic and hands-on activities, from analyzing learning needs to developing impactful content using modern tools and AI.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and opportunities
- Leverage AI and digital tools to shape future learning experiences
- Explore and implement AI-supported workflows such as content creation, graphics, learner support and analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders, R&D and product teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve experiences
- Contribute to a strong learning culture by sharing knowledge and driving innovation
Location and flexibility
This position is based in Svedala, with convenient access from Malmö, Lund and Ystad. A hybrid setup allows you to combine office and remote work.
Your profile
You bring experience in designing and developing technical learning solutions and enjoy working with digital tools and AI to enhance the learner experience. A relevant academic background or equivalent knowledge supports your expertise, and you’re comfortable working in an international environment.
Your background includes
- Experience in instructional design and crafting technical learning content
- Hands-on work with AI and digital tools in learning solutions
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
- Background in technology, engineering or software development is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
