Your responsibilities

Fixed Assets Controlling

Monitor and execute Fixed Assets additions transfers, and deletions with accuracy and compliance.
Actively contribute in enhancement of Fixed Assets Deletion system
Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Assets Register to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare Fixed Assets schedules and related supporting documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
Execute monthly depreciation runs and ensure proper accounting and timely closure.

Cost Controlling

Perform IT controlling activities and monitor cost optimization initiatives.
Execute standardized allocation processes while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Monitor and execute Group Cost Recharge activities accurately and within timelines.
Support forecasting activities for the reporting entity, ensuring reliability and alignment with business expectations.

Group Reporting & Local Reporting

Prepare accurate and complete Balance Sheet Specs every month, ensuring all GLs are reconciled and key movements are clearly explained.
Demonstrate strong ownership of month-end closing activities by independently managing deliverables and ensuring timely submission in the Group Reporting Pack
Ensure timely and accurate completion of the Statutory Audits by providing all required schedules, clarifications, and reconciliations, and by prompt resolution of audit queries.

Experience & Qualification:

Chartered Accountant having 2-4 years of relevant experience in fixed assets, cost controlling & Reporting.
