We are now recruiting for a Change Management Lead – (Hybrid) - a permanent role, based in Stockholm, Sweden or Dublin, Ireland

This is a role reporting to the Head of Change Management and Training. The organization seeks to drive performance excellence through process improvement and delivering on desired business outcomes across all E2E processes.

JOB PURPOSE

The Change Management Lead is a key position within the change management and training team. The role will enable the successful adoption of continuous improvements, process changes, AI and digital transformation initiatives through a focus on people. The role is responsible for for all change related activities including creating and implementing change management plans, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and communications through to end user training and business adoption. The role will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. The role will negotiate the management levels in the organization to ensure that the change is appropriately understood and supported by all managers to minimize resistance to change.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Change Management Lead is responsible for guiding organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing employee adoption of new processes and technologies

  • Develop and Implement Change Strategies: Create comprehensive change management strategies and plans to facilitate employee adoption of new systems, processes, new ways of working or organizational changes.

  • Conduct Impact Assessments: Analyze the impact of changes on various process areas within the organization, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans that includes relevant interventions.

  • Training and Support: Support Training Specialists in the design and delivery of training programs and workshops to prepare employees for changes, ensuring they have the necessary skills and understanding to adapt effectively

  • Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between project teams, process teams, management, and employees regarding projects, strategic programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor and Evaluate: Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives, analyzing data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.

  • Manage Resistance: Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change, developing specific plans to address stakeholder concerns.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with the initiatives vision, goals and business outcomes. Create an environment that supports continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as requested by management.

Experience

· Strong leadership and project management skills

· Excellent data analysis skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Strong knowledge of change management methodologies

· Good knowledge of organizational development and culture

· Good knowledge of change readiness assessments

· Good knowledge of facilitating workshops

· Excellent knowledge of tracking progress and measuring effectiveness

· Proven experience of providing coaching and support

· Strong knowledge of best practices in identifying and managing resistance

Essential:

  • Educated to degree level in either Business, Management or Psychology

  • 5+ years’ experience in a change management role, leading complex initiatives in a large scale or multinational organization

  • Experience of major transformation programs

  • Experience leading change management workstreams on a technology transformation program

  • Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI to support learning insights and adoption reporting.

  • Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI, APMG, Kotter, others)

Desirable:

  • Certification in project management

  • Experience developing visual communications

  • Experience working within an ERP or enterprise systems transformation environment (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

  • Experience in organizational design

  • Understanding of instructional design principles and experience applying them to learner-focused content development.

  • Familiarity with a recognized simulation or digital adoption authoring environment (e.g. SAP Enable Now, ClickLearn, WalkMe, or equivalent).
