Warehouse Worker –Kalgoorlie, WA
About the opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our Kalgoorlie branch, providing vital support to our warehouse and distribution operations.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring parts and materials are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and takes pride in maintaining an organised, high-performing warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts and materials.
Conducting stock control, cycle counts, and full inventory audits.
Preparing shipping documentation and handling data entry in Sandvik’s IT systems.
Liaising with management, suppliers, and customers regarding warehouse operations.
Maintaining safety, quality control, and housekeeping standards at all times.
About you
Relevant warehouse/stores experience, ideally within mining or heavy equipment industries.
A current forklift licence (essential).
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
A focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
The ability to adapt to shift work or changing rosters as required.
