End-to-End Planning Process Specialist

Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for enabling end-to-end planning excellence across our global footprint. You work closely with process owners, specialists, super users, business owners and IT departments to identify challenges and opportunities in our end-to-end planning processes. You define and develop process solutions, contribute to our global ERP template, and ensure alignment with our Process Governance model. You also train stakeholders in best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving process development and digitalization within end-to-end planning processes.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Supporting global ERP development and process governance.
The location for this position is Sandviken or Västberga, and we apply a hybrid work solution. Regular travel between our production units in Sweden is required, along with occasional international travel to connect with global teams to better understand their business needs.
Your profile
You have experience in supply chain management with a focus on end-to-end planning processes, including demand, supply and capacity planning. Deep knowledge and experience of working with SAP S/4HANA and the planning modules, in particular ePP/DS or experience from previous APO implementation, are seen as an advantage. You hold a university degree in IT, supply chain, business, or engineering, and ideally have experience in process governance, global template design and change management. As we work on a global stage, you're comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
